1. Website Updates
Each requested is actioned separately through our dedicated platform and you can have as many user accounts for your team as necessary. All website updates are acknowledged within 24 hours by a change in status and we aim to action all updates within 48 of them being requested. All plans offer unlimited hours, subject to our Fair Use Policy.
2. Website and Integrations
We make every effort to ensure websites go live without and remain without errors. We do not accept responsibility for any losses or damages which may arise from errors on the website. We cannot accept any responsibility from any problems from third-party applications/integrations which are requested or necessary for the website.
Recurring payments are charged to a credit or debit card each month and any delay in payment will temporarily pause your service. Invoices will be provided for every payment sent to your accounts email.
The website remains under our ownership until the minimum term has been met outlined in your agreement. After then, we continue to hold the website but you are able to withdraw and take the entire website with you (excluding any third party integrations which may have been used).
If you have purchased a one-time service from us, you will own the website and content immediately. We can hold the website in our account and charge you hosting but no updates are included and will be billed at our current hourly rate.
The minimum term is stated in your agreement. If you terminate the agreement before the minimum term has passed you will be required to pay the remaining outstanding balance immediately.
After the minimum term has been served you are on a 1 month rolling contract. You can terminate anytime with only 1 months notice.
To initiate a termination, please email email@example.com. We will be in touch with you within 1 working day.
6. Request Platform
Our request platform is leased meaning we do not own it nor can we make any major changes. Will therefore cannot accept any responsibility from any issues which arise as a result of using the platform.
7. Domain Names
We include 1 domain name with our membership plans of your choosing. If you already hold a domain, we will not buy it from you.
We will hold the domain at least until the minimum term has passed at which point you can request it to be transferred to your own account however
We do not offer refunds as we work with you until you're happy with the website. In special cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a refund or credit in the form of a discount.
Charity/Non-profit discounts cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. Discounts is subject to Client providing adequate proof of being a Charity or Non-Profit Organisation.
Offers are only valid for Web Design service.
10. Fair Use Policy
- Website updates cannot exceed 4 hours per month.
- Website pages cannot exceed 100 pages.
- Content Management System (CMS) items cannot exceed 2,000 (10,000 items are available at an additional cost)
11. Referral Program
We offer £100 to any successful referral made by an existing client of Brudson Media. Referral fee will be paid upon complete of new clients signed agreement and after the initial invoice is paid.

These terms may be updated without notice and by continuing to have an account with us you accept these.
